Change due to the COVID-19 outbreak is becoming the new norm and we must be prepared to conform to the safety measures set in place by the CDC, WHO, state and local laws. Moving forward, OSP Group CentrePointe will initiate a better practice of keeping all clients and employees safe. We are obligated to staying up to date on all changes due to COVID-19, if any changes that are mandated through regulations of state and local laws, all clients and employees will be notified immediately.

We understand that we must continue to enforce social distancing as well as wearing a mask coverup to limit the chances of spreading or obtaining the coronavirus. All employees will practice constant handwashing, sanitizing surfaces, including wearing a mask while in the consumer's home. We are practicing several different methods of social distancing and cleansing of surfaces as we value your time and consideration of OSP Group CentrePointe Home Care.

Accommodations will be considered upon request during certain circumstances which include; payment of services, in-home follow-ups, assessments, reporting, client in-take, etc... If there are any limitations or special accommodations needed, we encourage everyone to reach out to us.
