We serve individuals who are considered part of the elderly and disabled community to become a part of this growing agency. There are trained staff and caregivers, who provide a service that is personable within the home of the consumer. Services disbursed are hands-on, highly involved, and relative to forming a strong relationship, not only with the caregiver but with OSP Group.

These services can range from bathing/bed bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry, light housekeeping, feeding/meal preparation, oral hygiene, transferring/ambulation, grocery shopping, and more...

Once you have decided on your preferred home care provider, we can move on to the next step in scheduling an initial assessment. This assessment involves a questionnaire that involves a series of questions in getting to know the prospective consumer and to understand requested needs and demands. Once all personal information is received, we move onto determining a caregiver.

This assessment involves a questionnaire that involves a series of questions in getting to know the prospective consumer and to understand requested needs and demands. It is solely up to the family/consumer whether to hire a person of their choice or request the agency to provide one for you. Due to comfort and security, we accommodate families/consumers' preferences. Rest assure the agency will filter through dependable and trained staff, establish a meeting prior to starting, as well as being able to provide backup staff; if need be.

We always take interest in the safety of our consumers and workers. Monthly fire drills and severe weather evacuation procedures will be done accordingly.

Evacuation Procedures
All clients and recipients will have an evacuation procedure in their file. As a consumer of CentrePointe Home Care, during a severe weather mandatory evacuation, all consumers must be accommodated to evacuate with their family/friend(s), indicated on file during the initial assessment. If a consumer does not have family present, a nearby home care facility or housing opportunity will be arranged for them as well as transportation.
