Within the past five years I have always wondered and questioned where I would see myself. I have traveled, socialized, and become settled within my contented ways. What I have overlooked is the high probability of losing my mother to the nursing home mentality, regretfully.
Within the past five years I have always wondered and questioned where I would see myself. I have traveled, socialized, and become settled within my contented ways. What I have overlooked is the high probability of losing my mother to the nursing home mentality, regretfully.
My Story: Caught up in work, raising children of my own, time management, activity involvement, and emotional support, the list can continue endlessly. As there are not any extra string of excuses to give, it never dawned upon me until the end of my mother’s life, how extremely important it is to provide the best care and security for a loved one. Also to mention, provision to be available as well; making sure that the chosen company offers the support that family needs due to other leading life obligations.

I am confident to say for the past 36 years it’s been a privilege of being a daughter of two lovely parents, a sister to a brother and sister. Now, a mother myself of 3 and also, a wife… My journey into taking this route into becoming an owner has been nothing but hard work and focused on a change.

Recently, I have been able to accomplish a Master's in Jurisprudence focusing in Employment and Labor Law from Tulane University and have worked in human resources consecutively for 9 years, still possessing the passion and impact I can have on new hires as well as any prospective candidate.

It was only 3yrs ago, my mother had suffered fatally from MS (Multiple Sclerosis), for 20 years she has battled and fought for her independence. Since then, it became a lifelong journey when my mother took her last breathe the day I went to see her, unforeseen that it would be our last day together. My father as well suffers from a neurological disease such as my mother had. He was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and he also struggles to maintain his independence.

OSP Group is a limited liability company that is aiming to grow into a huge complex of services provided for the elderly and disabled. We have started our first string, DBA called CentrePointe Home Care Services; which provides personal in-home care for the elderly and disabled individuals.

Odin Street Parks’ name originated from a special place of childhood memory of the owner. Due to the passing of her mother in 2017, Odin Street was a place of her childhood and where her mother took pride in owning her own home purchased in 1985 in the Pontchartrain Park subdivision. Living on her own took a toll on her mother, causing it to become unsafe staying home alone. Regretfully, mom was not understanding but, eager to spend time with family, looking for companionship.
